Réalisé par Chad Stahelski, d’après un scénario écrit par Shay Hatten et Michael Finch, le casting de John Wick 4 se compose de Keanu Reeves, Rina Sawayama, Donnie Yen, Shamier Anderson, Bill Skarsgård, Laurence Fishburne, Scott Adkins, Lance Reddick, Hiroyuki Sanada, Marko Zaror et Ian McShane. Le film sera produit par Basil Iwanyk, Erica Lee et Chad Stahelski, et produit de manière exécutive par Keanu Reeves et Louise Rosner.
